Should i tell her I really like her?

So I know this beautiful girl for about 11 years of my life me and her are really good friends now. We have such great chemistry together and i feel like she has layed down a few signs meaning shes into me. But i dont know if those signs are just her being such a good friend. She tells me she loves me often. We went even went shopping one day and she picked out a hat for me and told me to put on the new converse i bought to match the hat so i took them out the bag and she put them on for me and adjusted the shoe laces for me... I wasn't sure if she was doing it as a friend or what. We were suppose to go out and eat today but she had to go see her dad. She had to cancel on me but was so sad about and kept on trying to figure out ways we could still go out and eat together she tried so hard. When we going shopping she tells me when things look good on me and usually says something like omg thats so cute on you. I really like her and would like to make her my gf but i dont want to ruin our great friendship if she doesnt feel the same. What should i do ? My plan was to go out somewhere with her and tell her listen You're a great girl and i really like you you are amazing and im sorry if u dont feel the same i hope this doesnt ruin things... So please ppl tell me what you think sorry i didnt give enough details i was in a rush.
