Would you vote a law that states if anyone predicts THE END should be jailed for life?

It s mass terrorism,affirming the world will end when you say so,again the world did not ended,so why is that nut job free?Arrest him or send him to THE Happy House,i got scared myself last night.We grow tired of fake Prophets,that's why Jesus was the last prophet,and we where sick of HIM as well,that's why we nailed the bastard.The world will end only when we release our nukes world wide and evan than we might survive underground,so about that law...yes or no?
