WWIII: Nuclear apocalypse or world domination or neither?

Okay So I have been hearing alot on WWIII(world war 3) and it has me concerned. If their is a world war will it be nuclear?and if So that makes all country leaders morons if someones wants world control that badly try something other than creating a nuclear waste land! I mean really if people use nukes then everyone(almost) will die then u will have control over NO ONE it just doesn't makes sense! I want ur opinion
