Should US contain China or let China support Pakistan and other rogue nations in acquiring nukes?

US is the only country that can contain China now. Unless China is stopped now, later it will be too late. China supports rogue nations with nukes and thats how proliferation takes place. If China is not stopped now, the hegemony of US will be threatened. US can't deal with too many nuclear countries and trying to police them.
